Privacy policy for EasiRun social integrations

EasiRun processes the selected LinkedIn Organization or Facebook Page, its name, granted scopes, connection health, publication identifiers and available metrics solely for tenant-authorized social content.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, never sent to the Marketing Engine and never included in exports or logs.

Social data is retained only while the tenant account or applicable legal retention requirement remains active. Data deletion.
